Meet Coach T

Hi, I’m Coach T and I’ve always had a bit of a rebellious streak, similar to my namesake Toussaint L’Ouverture. My personal motto is: “If I don’t like it, I’m changing it,” because I truly believe life is short and we’ve got to make the most of the time we have.

That mindset has shaped a lot of my life. I’ve moved to new cities, changed jobs, traveled solo to new countries, bought my first home, and adopted the dog I always wanted. Now I’ve entered a new chapter, pursuing a longtime dream of becoming a certified life coach and helping people like you find the clarity and confidence to pursue your dreams as well.
